Three cotton dishcloths...
But I still had a good bit leftover and did not want to have to store it so I made these odd dishcloths for myself. Since they were for me, I could play a bit and experiment...
In the end, I had enough only for a small round dishcloth and my mother told me to use it under my handsoap at the sink. But I use a pump with liquid soap...still it looked really nice to have this as a doily under the pump...
Heidi
that is what I use too, Silly Sally. It looks nice. Mine is sitting on one that Haali made for me. That round one you made looks just like a doily your Gramma made for me only using Crochet cotton thread. Kristy calls them thread doilies.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you used her pattern and I know you didn't. Strangeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
Very good use of your scrap yarn.
Love you, Mom
Great idea, nice gift.
ReplyDeleteI love to use up all the last bits and ends too. You did a great job!
ReplyDeleteThat was a great idea-just right. You are so thrifty minded.
ReplyDeleteGreat way to use up the leftover wool Heidi
